How do you raise your animals?

All of our animals are raised outside on natural, diverse forage. There are no growing barns here. Our cattle and lamb are 100% grass-fed and finished - moved to a new, fresh area of pasture daily to have access to nutritious forages. Our hogs are raised in combination on pasture and in forest to have access to a wide diversity of forages and are moved every 1-2 weeks. Our poultry are pasture-raised and relocated every day to fresh pasture.
