We raise many of our animals right here on our farm, but we also partner with a small network of like-minded farmers who share our standards and values.
Every farm we work with is hand-selected—not just for the quality of their meat, but for how they raise their animals. We never source from the commodity meat market. That means no mystery meat, no factory farms, and no compromises. We know exactly how each animal was raised, fed, and treated, because we work directly with the farmers themselves.
Our partner farms follow the same strict protocols we do, from regenerative grazing practices to humane handling. It’s a win-win: we support fellow small farms by giving them a reliable market for their premium products, and in turn, they help us meet demand while keeping quality at the highest level.
