What do you feed your animals? Do they eat any corn or soy?
Beef, Bison, & Lamb:
Grassfed: These animals are 100% grassfed and finished. They do not eat any grain, corn, or soy. Ever. We rotationally graze these animals, so they are moved daily to fresh pasture. During the winter months when the grass isn't growing, we use regenerative farming methods such as bale grazing or unrolling bales of hay to keep them fed.
Pork:
Pasture Raised: Our hogs are pasture raised and rotated every 7-10 days onto fresh pasture. Hogs prefer to settle into an area so they are not moved daily like our other animals.
Non-GMO: In addition to what they forage on pasture, our hogs are fed a non-GMO grain that contains soy and corn.
Chickens:
Pasture Raised: Our chickens are raised only during the growing season when there is grass available for the chickens. They are moved onto fresh pasture every day. Our chickens are truly free range. We use a tractor to pull our portable chicken coops which have skiis on the bottom that allow it to be dragged along the pasture. The tarped sides of this mobile chicken coop are rolled up so the chickens are able to roam freely and peck around but still have relief from the heat when they need shade.
Non-GMO: In addition to what they forage on pasture, our poultry are fed a non-GMO grain that contains soy and corn.
