How do I place an order?
All orders are made online through our website. You may select for local pickup or shipping. We have a $75 order minimum for all orders. We do not have an actual storefront where customers can shop, so please place your order ahead of time on the website.
Local Pickup
We pack orders for local pickup within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email notification letting you know it is ready. Your order will be waiting for you in our customer freezers. You do not need to schedule a time to get your order. Our pickup room is entirely self-serve. We just ask that you grab your order within 7 days of receiving your 'Ready for Pickup!' email to conserve space in our freezers. Our pickup room is open from 7am-7pm, 365 days a year.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after you have placed it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number for your package. Depending on your proximity to our farm, your order will then arrive in 1-3 business days after you have received your shipping confirmation email. While you don’t need to be home at the exact time of delivery, we recommend being available later that day to bring your items inside for proper storage in your freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible.
