How do you make sure the meat doesn’t spoil while being shipped?

We take food safety in shipping very seriously. Every order is packed in insulated thermal liners with dry ice to keep everything cold (and typically frozen) during transit. We also ship using fast delivery methods so your order spends as little time in transit as possible.

Because everything is shipped cold and insulated, the products are designed to stay at safe temperatures through the entire journey. It’s normal for dry ice to fully dissipate before delivery—that just means it has done its job keeping your order frozen along the way. Some of your products may arrive somewhat thawed but still cold to the touch. These products are still safe for consumption and can be placed into your freezer or refrigerator.

If any of your products arrive completely thawed and warm, please reach out to our team and we will help to resolve this for you. Please use the contact form on our website, chat box, or give us a call.
