How do you make sure the meat doesn’t thaw while being shipped?

We take the same care in shipping that we do in raising our animals. Every order is packed in insulated thermal liners with dry ice to keep everything cold in transit, and we use quick shipping so your order spends as little time on the road as possible.
It's normal for the dry ice to be completely gone by the time your package arrives. That just means it did its job keeping your order cold along the way. Some items may arrive partially thawed but still cold to the touch. They're safe to eat and can go straight into your freezer or refrigerator.
