When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number for your package. Depending on your proximity to our farm, your order will then arrive in 1-3 business days after you have received your shipping confirmation email. We do not ship out on holidays or weeks where holiday shipping would impact the delivery.

While you don’t need to be home at the exact time of delivery, we recommend being available later that day to bring your items inside for proper storage in your freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible. Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays in delivery if you are not available to receive your package on the rescheduled delivery date. If you need your package delivered by a certain date, please reach out to us and we'll coordinate with you the best time to ship your package.
