Beef, Bison, & Lamb: Grassfed: These animals are 100% grassfed and finished. They do not eat any grain, corn, or soy. Ever. We rotationally graze these animals, so they are moved daily to fresh pasture. During the winter months when the grass isn't growing, we use regenerative farming methods such as bale grazing or unrolling bales of hay to keep them fed. Rarely. The only time we will administer an antibiotic is if animal becomes seriously ill. We’re not against medicine on a case-by-case basis where needed, but WE ARE against the broad and routine application that is used in standard conventional agriculture practices. Conventional farms dose their livestock feed and water with antibiotics, so they are constantly receiving a low dose of antibiotic their entire life. This is NOT a practice we stand by. All of our animals are raised outdoors on pasture. There are no growing barns here. We use regenerative practices and responsible grazing management to allow the soil biota to flourish. We focus on soil health because a healthier soil produces nutrient-dense plants for our animals to consume.
