When will my order ship and arrive?

We ship orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them. Once your package is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your shipment's tracking number, and your order will arrive within 1–2 business days after that. We don't ship on holidays or during times when holiday delays could affect delivery.
You don't need to be home at the exact time of delivery, but we recommend being available later that day so you can get your items into the freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible. Shipping delays occasionally happen, so please plan to be available on the updated delivery date. We're unable to offer refunds if your package isn't brought inside the same day it's delivered.
